Unfortunately, delivery of toll-free texts within the US/Canada continues to be an issue. This covers all carriers and all providers and is unrelated directly to the Teckst platform and specifically to toll-free texting at the carrier (Verizon, AT&T, etc.) level. We will continue to keep you updated.

Our toll-free provider has identified the issue and is creating a fix to be implemented to the system. Messages remain queued. Updates will be provided as they are received.
